FC Barcelona have sent out a clear message to the entire league and their arch-rivals Real Madrid with their stellar win over Valencia last night.

In an emphatic 7-1 win, Barcelona turned back the clocks by scoring 7 once again against Valencia to secure all 3 points in tremendous fashion.

2 goals from Fermin Lopez, who was adjourned as the man of the match, along with a goal each from Raphinha, Lewandowski, De Jong, and Ferran Torres, combined to form the phenomenal scoreline for Hansi Flick and his men.

Lamine Yamal recorded his 10th assist of the La Liga season last night, becoming the first player to reach double figures in assists in the Spanish league.

“Never Give Up”: Barça are not done yet

The first 3 months of the La Liga season brought great ecstasy for Barcelona, where they won 10 games in their first 11 games in the league, scoring a staggering 30 points from a possible 33.

This tremendous performance led them to top the La Liga points table and maintain their position as the league leaders till matchday 15.

However, the span of time since the beginning of November has turned out to be horrible for Hansi Flick and his men in the league.

Having won just 3 games in their last 10 games in the league, Barça have gone from 1st place, being 6 points clear at the top in matchday 11, to the 3rd spot, being 7 points behind leader Real Madrid.

However, despite a rough patch in the league, their huge win against Valencia yesterday has sent out a loud and clear message that the Catalan giants are not ready to give up on the title just yet and are well and truly capable of challenging Real Madrid for the title right till the end.

Barcelona's unstoppable attack under Hansi Flick

Yesterday’s scoreline was a reflection of FC Barcelona’s attacking prowess under the new manager, Hansi Flick. The German manager, who is known for his aggressive and attacking game plans, has managed to transform this talented Barca team into one of the best attacks in the world.

With yesterday’s 7 goals, the Blaugranas have now scored 101 goals in just 32 games across all competitions, averaging 3.16 goals per game since the beginning of the season.

They are also currently the highest scorers in all of Europe and also La Liga, scoring 59 goals in just 21 games in the Spanish top flight league.

As a result of Hansi Flick’s game plan, Barca’s front 3, comprising Raphinha, Robert Lewandowski, and Lamine Yamal, has been sensational this season.

The spectacular trio has scored a combined 61 goals this season so far, which is the highest amongst all teams in the top 5 leagues of Europe.
