Alejandro Garnacho's future looks bright, yet uncertain at the moment as he prepares for a move away from Old Trafford. The 20-year-old star has been tipped for a departure this January itself, with multiple European giants reportedly prepared to make offers for the Argentine in the upcoming days.

Garnacho's future with Manchester United

The future at Old Trafford looks quite hazy for Garnacho as per recent news. Sky Sports reports that the Argentine is being considered as a valuable asset by Manchester United, who they could sell for a high price in order to take care of their financial constraints.

Amorim's recent actions have further increased these speculations, as the Portuguese has reportedly told the club that he wants to rebuild the squad, with Garnacho reportedly not being a part of it.

As per reports from multiple sources, Amorim has informed Manchester United's decision-makers that 5 players, namely Casemiro, Christian Eriksen, Kobbie Mainoo, Alejandro Garnacho, and Marcus Rashford, are not an important part of his plans going forward.

Chelsea are planning to make a spectacular move for Garnacho after Napoli's interest fades away

As per Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are planning to launch a spectacular bid to sign Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United before the January transfer window closes. Chelsea will be battling with Napoli, who have also shown a strong interest in the Argentine.

Sky Sports reports that Manchester United value Garnacho around €75m. However, they will be willing to go slightly lower, but not more than €65m.

United's ask is much more than what Napoli are willing to pay for Garnacho. The Italian giants reportedly do not want to go beyond €55m which is why they started looking for alternatives. As a result, Napoli have turned their focus towards Borussia Dortmund’s star winger, Karim Adeyemi.

This automatically puts the ball in Chelsea’s court as they plan to sign Garnacho as soon as possible. What makes this deal even more likely is Garnacho's willingness to join the Blues.

As reported by TEAMtalk, Garnacho was always preferring a move to Chelsea over Napoli in order to continue to play in the Premier League. With Napoli backing off, Garnacho to Chelsea has now become a big possibility.
